Refund policy

At Satireday Mornings, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve made our return and refund process straightforward and hassle-free.

Return Policy:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact our customer service at satiredaymornings@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
